Frankly speaking, I could not agree more. During my college days I used to have limited money, but there would be so many impromptu outings. We were not starving, but still a whole weekend trip would cost 2k. Today, I spend that much if I go for coffee+movie+snacks+dinner routine in a single afternoon on the pretext of catching up with friends. But all we are doing is spending the pile-fulls of money to buy us some leisure moments.
I am saddened to realise what a state of affairs my life has become.
